Recognized for her innovative teaching approach, Hong Anh teaches the violin to many young violinists. His students perform regularly in public and several of them have won competitions for young musicians in Europe and the United States. Among his former students, count Camille and Julie Berthollet.  

Hong Anh was a pupil of Mimi Zweig and the famous Italian violinist Franco Gulli. She graduated from Indiana University in the USA. In this prestigious school, she participated in masterclasses of illustrious musicians such as Joseph Gingold, Janos Starker, Menahem Pressler, Rostislav Dubinski. The influence of these great masters deeply marked his artistic vision and his passion for teaching.

Currently, Hong Anh also teaches violin teaching methodology at the Haute École de Musique in Geneva and gives masterclasses and lectures on pedagogy all over the world.
